  Our goal is to provide children with healthy, positive, character-enhancing after-school and summer activities

 

 

Starts Monday, June 30th, 2008
(5 days a week: Monday-Friday)

Morning Session    9AM -1PM
Afternoon Session 1PM -5PM
*Pick-up/Drop-off available

· Provides physical fitness and exercise

· Helps grow self confidence and improves health

· Physical activities include Shaolin Kung Fu, flexibility, self-defense, & strengthening

· Training encapsulates the elements of the mind, body, & spirit
